Hayden is the head of AMOG's Business Development team, the Chair and a Director of AMOG Consulting Inc. He has a PhD in offshore engineering, and held a postdoctoral research position at MIT, which included both physical and numerical modelling of offshore riser systems. His more recent experience includes design of floating systems including mooring and naval architecture aspects and project managing large FEED studies. Hayden is also the Principal technical user support provider for all SHEAR7 (riser analysis software) users.

Richard's experience spans a broad range of sectors, across both commercial and domestic applications, and incorporates over 200 structural and civil projects spanning the petroleum (gas to liquid), petrochemical, mining, power generation, and heavy industrial sectors. His skills include concept design, final design, draughting review, specification preparation, site inspection of plant and structures, risk assessments, and supervision. In particular, Richard has extensive experience in forensic investigation and the associated inspections of structures and plant, including mining related infrastructure such as cranes, reclaimers, stackers, shiploaders, jetties and wharves.

Tim joined AMOG 2005 and is currently the Group COO, with a background in Civil maritime, Marine engineering, Pipeline engineering and Hydrodynamics in both the Commercial and Defence sectors. Tim has broad experience in protection of sub-sea pipelines and cables, design and analysis of heavy weather mooring systems and mooring and berthing systems for floating dock operations, design of marine inlets and outfall and design of concrete mattress protection systems for ocean outfall pipelines.

Prior to joining AMOG, Tim worked at the Department of Defence, where he gained experience in aspects of submarine manoeuvring, performing detailed analysis and modelling of emergency blowing recovery, acoustic signature management, general submarine platform mechanical engineering analysis and product assurance in support of submarine maintenance and sustainment.

Andrés joined AMOG in 2014 after some nineteen years working as an engineer and manager for oilfield services companies and general industry. As a manager, he has been a business developer for Wood Group PSN in Colombia and Estudios Tecnicos, the latter being Colombia's second largest engineering consulting company. Prior to these roles, Andrés had his own engineering consulting business for a number of years, where he provided advice in thermodynamics and marketing of capital goods such as tunnelling machines. During his time as an independent engineer, he consulted for several oilfield companies and provided advice to the services companies selling capital goods to the energy sector. While Andrés lived in the USA, he worked as a project engineer for the aggregate industry, where he directed major process plant overhauls and acquired a thorough knowledge of automation, EPC projects and process engineering.

Cherie joined AMOG in 2005 and was previously the Head of AMOG's Safety and Risk Engineering Group. She specialises in expertise in technical analysis, system safety engineering, functional safety engineering and health hazard assessments. Prior to working for AMOG, Cherie was employed in the aerospace industry in the USA and is well experienced in structural design and analysis.

Cherie has particular proficiency in the technical aspects of functional and system safety engineering, including hazard identification, environmental and operational risk, use of Codes of Practice and Standards, and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. She also acts in the capacity of specialist advisor and consultant for major hazard facilities and explosive ordnance risk management.

Andrew has been an executive director of AMOG Pty Ltd since December 2011, having joined AMOG in 2007 as a principal engineer, and was appointed General Manager of AMOG Pty Ltd in March 2019. Prior to joining AMOG, his career included Project and Design Engineering experience covering Maritime, Defence and Infrastructure sectors, included Senior Engineering and Project Management roles with prime contractors on the Royal Australian Navy ANZAC Ship Project, the Melbourne City Link Project and Royal New Zealand Navy Project Protector. Andrew has been involved in leading Projects for the Defence, mining, infrastructure, and transport sectors, as well as providing expert witness services. This has included forensic review of marine craft structural failures, the design and installation of a large mine tailings ofshore disposal pipeline, multiple motorways projects, and a number of national and international expert winess matters across the infrastructure and offshore/onshore oil and gas sectors.
