Mr John Baglow joined AMOG in February 2018 as the Group Finance Manager for the AMOG Group of Companies. A qualified CPA in both Australia and the United States of America, Mr Baglow has extensive financial and management accounting experience garnered from over 16 years of commercial and strategic leadership positions within multinational organisations in the USA, Australia, UK, and Canada, with emphasis on the commercial management of professional services organisations. Mr Baglow's broad experience covers discounted cash flow analysis, acquisition due diligence, and implementation of financial systems, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment, business process re-engineering, and internal audit.

Mrs. Holland joined AMOG in 2005 and was previously the Head of AMOG's Safety and Risk Engineering Group. She specialises in expertise in technical analysis, system safety engineering, functional safety engineering and health hazard assessments. Prior to working for AMOG, Mrs. Holland was employed in the aerospace industry in the USA and is well experienced in structural design and analysis.

Mrs. Holland has particular proficiency in the technical aspects of functional and system safety engineering, including hazard identification, environmental and operational risk, use of Codes of Practice and Standards, and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. She also acts in the capacity of specialist advisor and consultant for major hazard facilities and explosive ordnance risk management.

Mr Andrew Kilner is Senior Vice President of AMOG Consulting's Houston office. He joined AMOG Consulting (Melbourne) in 1995 as a junior engineer and assumed a position of General Manager of the Houston office in 2006. Mr Kilner has been involved in a number of field development studies in Australia and around the world. More recently, he has been involved with a range of projects inclduing programs of work with Deepstar, such as the development of guidelines for risk based mooring integrity management, and microbiological induced corrosion investigation and mitigation measures. He also has considerable expertise in advanced numerical analyses and scale model tank testing of the hydrodynamic loading and response of dynamic offshore systems, including spread moorings, floating loading-hoses and flexible risers, CALM buoy and F(P)SO tanker hawser systems, and the on-bottom stability of subsea pipelines.

Dr. Hayden Marcollo is the Chair and a Director of AMOG Consulting Inc. Hayden has a PhD in offshore engineering, and held a postdoctoral research position at MIT, which included both physical and numerical modelling of offshore riser systems. His more recent experience includes design of floating systems including mooring and naval architecture aspects and project managing large FEED studies. Dr. Marcollo is currently the Principal technical user support provider for all SHEAR7 (riser analysis software) users.

Mr. Tim Lee joined AMOG 2005 and is currently the Group COO, with a background in Civil maritime, Marine engineering, Pipeline engineering and Hydrodynamics in both the Commercial and Defence sectors. Mr. Lee has broad experience in protection of sub-sea pipelines and cables, design and analysis of heavy weather mooring systems and mooring and berthing systems for floating dock operations, design of marine inlets and outfall and design of concrete mattress protection systems for ocean outfall pipelines.

Prior to joining AMOG, Mr. Lee worked at the Department of Defence, where he gained experience in aspects of submarine manoeuvring, performing detailed analysis and modelling of emergency blowing recovery, acoustic signature management, general submarine platform mechanical engineering analysis and product assurance in support of submarine maintenance and sustainment.

Stuart Wales is a Director and a Principal engineer with AMOG Consulting. With over 25 years experience in the offshore industry covering a range of areas from subsea development to deep water installation, Stuart acts as Group Chief Technology after successfully leading the Marine and Infrastructure Group at AMOG for a number of years.

Commencing his career with Subsea7 in Aberdeen, Scotland, he supported installation projects including leading edge deepwater works in Brazil and the development of large-scale controllable buoyancy systems. In 2006 he emigrated to Australia, subsequently joining AMOGs Major Projects team. Over his years with the company Stuart has managed a diverse range of projects in the offshore sector both in Australia, and internationally. Supporting clients with challenging offshore projects often in remote regions he has supervised a range of construction campaigns from mooring remediation and installation to tailings outfall construction. Mr Wales was AMOG's Project Manager for the West Seno Mooring Project, winner of the 2011 Victorian Engineering Excellence Award for Infrastructure Projects over $20million and has played a leading role in the ongoing development of AMOGs Wave Energy Technology.

With his recent move to Group Chief Technology Officer Stuart oversees technical execution and standards across the business whilst continuing to provide practical advice on offshore operations.

Mr. David Rowley is the Chairman of AMOG Consulting Ltd, and represents the company's office in the UK. He first joined the AMOG Group of Companies as Board Member and Partner of Moorsure (Mooring System Solutions Pty Ltd's Joint Venture) in 2011. Mr. Rowley's knowledge of synthetic fibre rope, steel wire rope, chain and connector manufacturing provides a strong insight into mooring system design, manufacturing capability and supply logistics. He has written a number of papers and presented at numerous international conferences including the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and Deep Offshore Technology (DOT) conferences, and has attended Joint Industry Project (JIP) committees to help develop the standards how in common use for today's mooring systems. Mr Rowley is also a director of Sanmar Chain International Pte. Ltd. (SCI), and a director of Offspring International Ltd (OIL).

Mr. Tovar joined AMOG in 2014 after some nineteen years working as an engineer and manager for oilfield services companies and general industry. As a manager, he has been a business developer for Wood Group PSN in Colombia and Estudios Tecnicos, the latter being Colombia's second largest engineering consulting company. Prior to these roles, Mr. Tovar had his own engineering consulting business for a number of years, where he provided advice in thermodynamics and marketing of capital goods such as tunnelling machines. During his time as an independent engineer, he consulted for several oilfield companies and provided advice to the services companies selling capital goods to the energy sector. While Mr. Tovar lived in the USA, he worked as a project engineer for the aggregate industry, where he directed major process plant overhauls and acquired a thorough knowledge of automation, EPC projects and process engineering.
