For use at a Coal Terminal in South East Asia, AMOG undertook a shaft redesign for a bucket wheel excavator.

The scope of work included:

• Redesign of an element of the BWE shaft that was periodically failing, allowing material ingress and binding
• Structural modelling of a revised shaft configuration
• Design drafting of a revised shaft
