Last night, in a ceremony held in Melbourne, AMOG's Professor Andrew Potts and Dr Hayden Marcollo were proud to accept a High Commendation Award from Engineers Australia (Vic), for the innovative LGS technology.

Professor John Wilson, Chief Judge for the Australian Engineering Excellence Awards Victoria 2016, stated, "The AEEA Victoria Awards mark outstanding achievement in the practice of engineering and service to the profession."

Professor Wilson and the judging panel were tasked with the responsibility of scrutinising in excess of 40 entries, across numerous categories.

The awards ceremony and function, held at Engineers Australia's offices in Melbourne, saw AMOG Technologies receive the High Commendation Award in the area of Innovation, Research and Development for the patented LGS Technology: An Australian Innovative Geometry to Improve Uptime and Safety on Offshore Drilling Rigs.
