Maritime Australia Civil Industry National Innovation Award for AMOG’s LGS technology. Presented by the then Minister for Defence Industry, the Hon Christopher Pyne MP at the 2017 IndoPacific Conference.

Dr Hayden Marcollo and Prof Andrew Potts were awarded the Australian Industrial Research Group (AIRG) Medal for Australasian Technological Innovation, for AMOG Technologies’ innovative LGS® technology.

AMOG Technologies Pty Ltd’s Longitudinally Grooved Suppression (LGS®) technology was awarded a High Commendation from Engineers Australia (Victorian Division) in the category for Innovation, Research and Development.

Joint finalist (State Water Corporation and Geotechnical Engineering) in 2 categories. Ultimately won the Sydney Engineering Excellence Award in the Engineering for Regional Communities Category.

West Seno Project

Category: Infrastructure Projects Over $20M. A world first: the mooring of an on-stream production facility in 1000m water depth was redesigned, upgraded and replaced – without interruption to operations.

1998

Dr Andrew Potts was awarded the INSPEX Innovation in Imaging Award for his work on non-destructive testing of wire strands and ropes using the INSPEX System.

1995

One of our founding projects for ESSO Australia: a Pipeline Cost Reduction Study involving a diverless pipeline & flexible riser installation schemes for marginal fields in Bass Strait.

Industry Environmental Award
1994

AMOG was part of the APEA Study on the “Environmental Impacts of Offshore Drilling Activities in Australian Waters,”  awarded the Australian Minerals and Energy Environmental Foundation (AMEEF) Award.

City of Monash
Business of the Year
2010/2011

Based in Notting Hill, Melbourne, AMOG  won the award for Business of the Year at the Monash Business Awards, having enjoyed a long affiliation with the City of Monash.
