															AMOG is committed to:

In order to ensure that our work conforms to the requirements of our clients and the applicable standards of our industry, AMOG has in place a Quality Management System (QMS) that is compliant with ISO 9001.
As an integral part of the AMOG QMS, quality objectives and associated metrics are established and reviewed, with conformance to the QMS and achievements of the objectives reported and communicated regularly.

															AMOG employs engineers and other professionals and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings. This includes implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure we provide a work environment free from any violation of human rights, including modern slavery. It also includes compliance with domestic legislation, such as the Modern Slavery Act 2018, (Cth), and international standards
AMOG has zero tolerance to modern slavery and will make every effort to ensure we always contribute positivity to the eradication to the eradication of all forms of exploitative labour, including the following types of serious exploitation:
- Trafficking in persons
- Slavery
- Servitude
- Forced marriage
- Forced labour
- Debt collection
- The worst forms of child labour, and
- Deceptive recruiting for labour or services
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of the business is the responsibility of all those working for it, or under its control. This includes employees and contractors, who are encouraged to raise concerns with their manager, member of the Board, or Officer of the company, at the earliest possible stage.
AMOG expects these standards from all of its contractors, suppliers and other business partners and reasonably expects that they will comply with this policy, and hold their own suppliers to the same high standards. Where a risk of Modern Slavery is identified, AMOG will seek to work with suppliers to ensure exploitation is not being practiced and educate them of the impacts of Modern Slavery

															AMOG has an ethical and legal obligation to provide a safe workplace and safe systems of work. The Management of AMOG is fully committed to diligently fulfilling its duty of care to the Company’s employees and other parties in the prevention of Biological, Physical, Ergonomic, Chemical, and Psychosocial Hazards in the workplace and worksites that AMOG controls.
AMOG will meet or exceed the requirements of the local Health and Safety Acts, Regulations, and their subsequent amendments, including more stringent legislation where applicable due to regional or project requirements, in all aspects of safety and safety management. AMOG has in place a Safety Management System (SMS) complying with ISO 45001.

															AMOG recognises that its activities, products and services may cause impacts on the environment. AMOG has in place an Environmental Management System (EMS) complying with ISO 14001. To address these impacts, and in turn add value to our client’s projects, AMOG is committed to protecting the natural environment from harm and degradation arising from its activities, products and services by:
- Implementing environmentally sensitive design principles where practicable
- Reducing the environmental impact of AMOG’s activities, products and services
- Coordinating the Environmental Policy with other organisational policies
- Reviewing environmental objectives on a regular basis
- Ensuring this policy is communicated to and understood by all employees.

															The security of our people, information, assets and systems is of paramount importance to AMOG.
The global nature of our business, and the associated international transfer of information, introduces security vulnerabilities that must be addressed to ensure that the level of protection expected by our internal and external stakeholders can be achieved. We are committed to implementing and maintaining a robust security framework that responds to the prevailing and emerging risk environment.
To address these implications, and in turn add value to our client’s projects, AMOG is committed to:
- The integration of security management into our business systems
- The provision of training and resources
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct with regards to AMOG provision of services
- Maintaining a Security Management process
- Working with our stakeholders and industry to continually improve our processes and systems
- Taking all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our systems and to protect personal information
- Ensuring that AMOG employees and Contractors are aware of this policy and understand their responsibilities

This can only be achieved and maintained if those with whom AMOG does business are confident that AMOG employees are not influenced by gifts, benefits and bribery, nor seek to unduly influence its clients or government officials by corrupt business practices.
AMOG will achieve its integrity goals by ensuring that:
- AMOG will not engage in corrupt business practices
- AMOG will implement measures to prevent bribery and corruption by any director, employee, contractor or other party representing AMOG
